More images from the shoot of RETARD 2 have surfaced.  Here's a behind the scenes picture of Wayne Burgess filming The Bad Man as he escapes from the home of the evil Maryjane Insana while wearing a dress.  Next is a picture of The Bad Man as he rummages for food at a nearby dump.

"It's a great deal of fun to be back in the world of the retard," Scott Swan commented between takes.  "It's unpredictable and challenging, but always entertaining.  I can't wait to see it all come together.  I'm very proud of the work Maryjane and The Bad Man are doing.  They've certainly raised the bar this time.  It's magical."

CASTING CALL!!!

Pre-production on the next Evilflix Contaminated project has begun. It's a feature length movie which writer/co-producer Scott Swan calls, “a rowdy, drug-fueled 60's throwback.”

Swan is tight-lipped regarding the script for this project and no title has been announced. Co-producer Wayne Burgess states that the movie “will shoot in central Florida in February or March.”

Swan made his directorial debut in 2009 along side Fred Vogel with the cult movie MASKHEAD.

Updated Production Schedule...

Evilflix has revealed the updated production schedule through early 2016. This reflects the soon to be released digital download of the short film RETARD ABORTION.

First Production Meeting...

The heads of Evilflix, Scott Swan and Wayne Burgess, had their first production meeting late last night in Boca Raton, FL. for their upcoming projects.  The topic of the meeting: DREAM DATE and COFESSIONS OF EVIL VOL 1, both set to shoot very soon in Florida. Here's what they had to say while confronted outside a Denny's restaurant...

Swan, known for his writing on the series Masters of Horror and for his collaboration with underground auteur Fred Vogel, said this...

SWAN: "CONFESSIONS has gone through a bit of metamorphosis so far, and it's still evolving, but DREAM DATE is ready to shoot."

BURGESS: "We are going through all of the sick and disgusting ideas that have been stacking up over the years, and it's always somewhat difficult to pick the best one.  This this case, though, we've got two genuine winners on deck."

SWAN: "We have intriguing central characters for both movies.  CONFESSIONS is an ensemble cast with a main character that is sort of like a host for the movie.  For DREAM DATE we have an appealing but repulsive lead character.  It's really kind of awesome how cute and cuddly and absolutely disgusting DREAM DATE is.  There's nothing else like it.  The development process for 2014 and 2015 has been full of surprises."

On the subject of casting...

SWAN: "We discussed casting, but there's a lot of work to be done before we put actors in front of a camera."

Evilflix is now based in Florida.  Release dates on home video for DREAM DATE and CONFESSION OF EVIL are yet to be determined.

CoEv1, Update from Swan

Some concerns were raised about the press release and how some big words were used. So I decided to address this. And I appreciate the concern, trust me.

I'm not trying to top anybody. All I can do is call upon my ferocious originality and attempt to deliver something that really provokes and entertains on a sick, perverse level. And I definitely want my audience to feel they got bang for their buck, too. I'm not here to waste your time, or mine for that matter.

The great news is I'm back and I feel confident as hell about this one. I've already written a couple segments that I cannot wait to shoot. They are absolutely more brutal than anything in Big Junior, and I'm trying to stay as original as I can. One segment is so original it's difficult for me to even describe it. Basically, I just can't wait to jump back in.

Big Junior wasn't made of mainstream audiences. It was made for people who revel in underground and shock cinema. If you consider yourself in the underground, then I consider you my friend. At a convention, approach me and say hi. I am all about getting to know you and deliver to you the very best entertainment I can possibly put together with my creative drive, a little bit of money, and my undying mission to give you something beyond your expectations. It's always a tall order, but I'd rather give it everything I've got and try damn it.

I really hope to make Collection of Evil Vol 1 something unique and special. Thank you for your ongoing discussions and any faith that might spark.

More Evil On The Way

Scott Swan and Wayne Burgess, the co-founders of Evilflix, proudly announce the start of their next movie. It's been four years since the team broke cinematic taboos with the taut underground thriller BIG JUNIOR. Currently they're in pre-production on their long awaited follow-up project, COLLECTION OF EVIL VOL 1, which promises to not only carry on the Evilflix tradition of extreme brutality but redefine it in shocking and perverse new ways.

Not much is known about COLLECTION OF EVIL VOL 1, except that it is a depiction of unbound sadism and a unflinching glimpse at the underbelly of humanity. In an effort to embrace even more extreme subject material, Swan and Burgess have created a new sub-brand under the Evilflix banner: Evilflix Contaminated.

"Evilflix will continue to produce light entertainment like BIG JUNIOR," Swan jokes, "while Evilflix Contaminated will grind out truly deranged, sickening filth. This stuff is mentally polluted and shouldn't be viewed without proper protective gear."

For $15 US / $25 INTERNATIONAL you will get the original DVD of the first release of the movie, plus you will get an official bootleg of the director's re-cut. Both are signed by me, the director. This is the ONLY way to get a copy of the re-cut.  The original release is a limited edition and is numbered (only 1000 copies, and we're almost out, so act quickly, dammit!).

Scott Swan (writer/director of BIG JUNIOR) is currently writing BIG JUNIOR 2. Swan says, "It's a sequel, but it's also sort of a remake in the way EVIL DEAD 2 is a remake. I'm working closely with Hans Bruno and we've got some fun stuff in mind."
